Liquid Screed Somerset

At Tor Multimix, we use Gyvlon binder to produce our screed in Somerset. Gyvlon's 'Eco' and 'Thermio' are currently the only liquid screed materials on the market that are certified with the BBA certificate. Our liquid floor screed allows for fast track floor laying in Somerset.

It is perfect for under floor heating systems as the screed fully encases the heating pipes to allow excellent heat transfer. Our new liquid screed, Excelio, can be laid to a minimum depth of 12mm. This makes it ideal for levelling uneven floors and is considerably cheaper than using traditional levelling compounds.
